Stromatopora from Gotland, Sweden

Another fine fossil that I received in trade is this Stromatoporid mound.Stromatoporids are calcareous sponges that often forms mounds or encrustations. The specimen below is from Gotland, Sweden and lived during the Silurian (Wenlock epoch).
