Ptyocephalus yersini trilobite from Utah

I found this enrolled specimen of Ptyocephalus yersini in a small baggie while sorting through some boxes. The label only states that it comes from the Ordovician of Utah, but some research led me to the Fillmore formation which is lower Ordovician (Tremadocian stage) in age.

The cephalon has a small missing piece near the tip and the left side  (right in the picture) shows a prominent seam so this may be from an individual that was preparing to molt when it was suddenly buried by a storm.
