Cyrtina arkonenesis
This is the (potentially) third species of Cyrtina that I've collected from Arkona. Cyrtina arkonensis is only known from the Arkona shale and that is where this specimen was collected.

I located two identical fossils , 1 1/4 "x 3/4" in Arkona in 1972 on a family trip . Also , located a fossilized clam shell in the Maitland River , in Benmiller 1/4 mile downstream from township bridge same year . It is 1 1/2" x 3/4" x 7/16"
